Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
Refunds
We want to better serve you, so if seeking a refund, please email refunds@effectiveadults.com and let us know how our product or service didn’t meet your expectations. Include your order number in the subject line.
Please allow 14 days for us to review and process your refund request.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
